- April 4 - Saratoga Market Place - Farmer's Market - Season opening. 2:30-6:30pm, Blaney Plaza. We will have a special booth set-up at the market for the event.
- April 29 - Rivers of Chocolates - Mountain Winery - Saratoga. 12:30-5:30pm. Over 75 chocolatiers, restaurateurs, confectioners, vintners, spirit makers, and other vendors raising money for EHC LifeBuilders. This is the 16th year of this event and it is not to be missed Tickets are $125.00 and this event sells out every year.
- May 12 - Wine Stroll Saratoga Village - 20+ Wineries will be pouring at shops in Saratoga Village including our. Tickets can be purchased by the Chamber of Commerce in advanced of the day of the event. This is a great chance to explore the Village and taste amazing wines.

Classes
Chocolate Making Class Dates for 2012 – New Classes Added Please note you must complete Series I before taking Series II or Series III. Each class is $125.00 per student. Maximum of 8 students per class.
Series I
This 3.5 hour class will cover the basics of chocolate/truffle making. We will briefly cover differences in types of chocolate including a tasting and then move into a hands-on class. We will demonstrate chocolate tempering and then each team will practice hand tempering using a marble slab as well as seed tempering. Next we will learn the basics of making ganaches and flavoring ganaches. We will ball the ganache and learn to hand dip/decorate. The class is hands-on and will include clean up. Students will take home chocolates made in class.
Series II
This 3.5 hour class will review the basics learned in Series I, including practicing our tempering. We will then learn the basics of molding chocolate, making ganaches and piping them into shells, and closing the shells. We will also cover the basics of dipping fruits & nuts. This class is also hands-on and will include clean-up. Students will take home chocolates made in class.
Series III
This 3.5 hour class will review the basics learned in Series I & II, including practicing our tempering. We will then learn to make pallet ganaches and a caramel. We will then prebottom, cut, enrobe, and decorate our pieces using transfer sheets or texture sheets. This class is also hands-on and will include clean-up. Students will take home chocolates made in class.
Wine & Chocolate Tasting
We will be holding chocolate and wine pairing classes new for this year. Join us for a chocolate making demonstration and wine and chocolate tasting/pairing education session. Cost is $50.00 per person. Limit 8 per class.
